Paul Iannuzzi, 35, had not gotten permission to travel to Las Vegas, where the boxing match was. A detective who worked on the case spotted him on TV.

When officers went to arrest Iannuzzi Friday, he allegedly tried to hit one and kicked a dent in a state police cruiser. He was being held pending his arraignment, set for Tuesday.

Iannuzzi had been out on bail after being accused of taking sexually explicit photos of a minor at the offices of his private investigation business.
