Learn to train for triathlon

Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon but weren’t sure where to start?

The Liberty Lake Athletic Club is getting ready to launch an eight-week series of classes on triathlon training. Participants will get personalized coaching in swimming, cycling and running. Beginners are welcome, as are intermediate and advanced triathletes.

The cost is $10 per class and each weekly session is limited to 15 participants. Classes will start next Saturday and will be offered Saturdays from 7 to 8:30 a.m. and noon to 1:30 p.m. at various locations. To register, call 891-CLUB.
