Kootenai County sheriff

Janet Phillips, Medimont, reported Nov. 18 the $519 theft of a chain saw and motorized scooter from her home in the 22600 block of Clark Creek Road.

Kimberly Murray, Post Falls, reported Thursday the $325 theft of a female pit bull when an acquaintance was caring for the dog, and it was not returned to her home in the 1700 block of E. Horsehaven Ave.

Richard Sherman, Rathdrum, reported Wednesday the $660 theft of a handgun, ammunition, cash and miscellaneous items and $150 of damage to a door at his home at 11215 W. Hidden Valley Road.

Gregory Delavan, Coeur d’Alene, reported Wednesday the $5,450 theft of two dock carts, a 9.5-horsepower outboard boat motor, four tires and wheels and two gas cans from his home in the 3600 block of Boothe Park Road.
