Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kevin L. McFarland – 42, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Timothy S. Obrien – 22, Hermiston, Ore., probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, $50,000 bond.

Bert R. Wright – 42, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/felony domestic battery, no bond.

Kallahan L. Ziegler – 32, Coeur d’Alene, failure to register as a sex offender, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Steven A. Abbey – 52, Post Falls, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $500 bond.

Ronald J. Butts – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), 13 days in jail.

Albert W. Ferguson, 35, Post Falls, failure to appear/frequenting a place where alcohol/drugs used, one day in jail.

Michael A. Flett – 37, Worley, failure to appear/possession of illegal fireworks, $500 bond.

Tesandra D. Foley, aka Foley-Adams – 22, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of illegal fireworks, $500 bond.

James E. Fulp III – 34, Athol, failure to appear/driving while suspended, nine days in jail.

John T. Greenfield – 46, Coeur d’Alene, inattentive driving, failure to appear/driving while suspended, invalid driver’s license, $6,000 bond and eight days in jail.

Dillon W. Henderson – 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $6,000 bond.

Peggy L. Horne – 48, Rathdrum, failure to appear/battery, injury to child, malicious injury to property, $2,000 bond.

Eric D. Payne – 32, Spirit Lake, trespassing, domestic battery, $3,000 bond.

Dustin T. Rhoades – 23, Eagle, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $3,000 bond.

Derrick R. Rotchford – 37, Coeur d’Alene, harassing/threatening phone calls, $2,000 bond.

Amanda M. Taylor – 20, Hayden, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Richard J. Waddel – 20, Post Falls, petty theft, $1,000 bond.
