For the week of Oct. 17-21

Monday – Beef stroganoff over pasta, Italian-blend vegetables, corn, wheat bread, blushing pears.

Tuesday – Beef stew with vegetables, cauliflower, fruit cocktail, biscuit, marble cake.

Wednesday – Turkey ala king over rice, yellow and green beans, brussels sprouts, rye bread, plums.

Thursday – Chicken vegetable primavera, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, squash, breadstick, mandarin oranges.

Friday – Riblets, baked potatoes with sour cream, three bean salad, apricots, dinner roll, brownie.
