The Secret Witness reward program this week is targeting a fugitive who is wanted on a $100,000 warrant charging him in a violent attempt to rob a couple in their home.

Adam William Weaver, 23, is one of four suspects who allegedly talked their way into a Spokane Valley home near East Upriver Drive and North Willow Road on Feb. 5, forced a woman to the floor and fired several shots at her husband when he ran to the back of the house.

No one was injured, and the other three suspects were arrested with help from a witness who got their vehicle license number.

Weaver is charged with first-degree armed robbery, second-degree theft, driving with a suspended license and misdemeanor theft.

Authorities say Weaver is 5 feet 10, weighs 160 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with information about Weaver’s location is asked to call the private, nonprofit Secret Witness organization at (509) 327-5111.

Callers may collect the reward anonymously by using a code name or number.
