OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Stephen R. Espalin – 55, Denver, grand theft, $150,000 bond.

Robert E. Gilbert Jr. – 40, Deer Park, bigamy, $2,500 bond.

Vicky L. Gohl – 51, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Douglas A. Nason – 53, Spokane, grand theft, $50,000 bond.

Chase A. Reed – 35, Coeur d’Alene, lewd conduct with a minor under 16, $150,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Cody B. Breshears – 23, Kellogg, inattentive driving, $500 bond.

Stephen G. Cromwell – 24, Kellogg, failure to appear/petty theft, trespassing, one day in jail.

Robert L. Douglass Jr. – 34, Osburn, failure to appear/petty theft, trespassing, $5,000 bond.

Douglas J. Gaffke – 35, Osburn, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

James A. Gring – 40, Kellogg, failure to appear/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $300 bond.

Gary J. Heinzer – 42, Kellogg, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, $5,000 bond.

Gerald W. Hill – 54, Kellogg, failure to appear/driving under the influence, five days in jail.

Curtis R. Kuykendall – 28, Kellogg, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Melissa A. Layng – 30, Osburn, failure to appear/petty theft, $500 bond.

Sara L. Moore – 28, Kellogg, failure to appear/petty theft, two days in jail.

Joseph S. Murinko – 20, Kellogg, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, two days in jail.

Robert W. Valoff – 38, Kellogg, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Jody J. Weinkauf – 40, Kellogg, failure to appear/driving under the influence, two days in jail.
