OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

William A. Babbitt – 40, Coeur d’Alene, attempted strangulation/domestic battery, $15,000 bond.

Daniel J. Billingsley – 27, Athol, failure to appear/felony domestic battery, intimidating a witness, $50,000 bond.

Michael R. Cummings – 27, Post Falls, fraudulent use of a financial transaction card, $20,000 bond.

Kody T. Dehaba – 31, Coeur d’Alene, governor’s warrant from Arizona, no bond.

Dustin M. Stockwell – 24, Post Falls, grand theft, $15,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Adam R. Bates – 24, Coeur d’Alene, malicious injury to property, $1,000 bond.

Serafin Bejarano, aka Serafin Bejarano-Barajas – 34, Athol, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), driving while suspended (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $4,000 bond, 15 days in jail.

Eric A. Bianco – 24, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $20,000 bond.

Jeremy S. Brandis – 31, Coeur d’Alene, petty theft, $3,000 bond.

Anna S. Carchia – 40, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $1,000 bond.

Sean A. Conner – 30, Post Falls, failure to appear/battery, $5,000 bond.

Diane R. Endler – 36, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $20,000 bond.

Michael L. Farleigh Jr. – 37, Rathdrum, failure to appear/domestic battery, $2,500 bond.

Richard A. Helms – 39, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/malicious injury to property, disturbing the peace, $10,000 bond.

Jessica L. Lepo – 24, Coeur d’Alene, open container, $500 bond.

Christopher A. Mollgaard – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $300 bond.

Kimberly D. Phillips – 35, Worley, invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Eric A. Stone – 23, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Lee P. Swearingen – 40, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 10 days in jail.
