Men’s Health – This class will discuss men’s health and includes lunch, from noon-1 p.m. at the Holy Family Health Education Center, 5633 N. Lidgerwood. The class is free but registration is required. For more information, call the Community Health Education and Resource office at (509) 232-8138.

Prepared Childbirth – This five-week class will discuss the management of labor, breathing muscle toning and relaxation. The class meets on Tuesdays starting today from 6-8 p.m. at Sacred Heart Medical Center, 101 W. Eighth Ave. The cost is $65 and registration is required. Baby-Care Basics – This class will discuss basic care instructions, safety issues, feeding and comforting your new baby, Tuesdays starting Sept. 5, 6-8 p.m. at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Get in Touch with Your Baby – This class will discuss infant massage, Tuesdays from 9:30-11 a.m. or Saturdays from 10:30 a.m.-noon at Sacred Heart Women’s Center, Peaceful Place, 101 W. Free Yoga Classes for Breast Cancer Survivors – Classes will meet Monday and Thursday nights for eight weeks, September through October. Participants must have good stamina for 75 minutes of movement. Must meet all criteria that will be described at first meeting, Sept. 6 at Washington State University Spokane Campus, Room 110A in the Health Science Building, 310 N. Tobacco Free Program – This three-week series of classes will discuss the process of quitting and includes a free Quit Kit.
