Monday – Labor Day; all sites closed.

Tuesday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, dinner roll, baked apple slices.

Wednesday – Tuna salad on a bun, carrot-raisin salad, potato salad, peaches, chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday – Riblets, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, plums.

Friday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, winter-blend vegetables, zucchini, wheat bread, tropical fruit cup.
