Victory Gardens – Lecture by gardening writer Pat Munts as part of SCC’s year-long study project of “The World War I Years.” The Spokesman-Review correspondent will discuss food rationing and Victory Gardens during war. Beginning Gardening – The Master Gardeners and the Washington State University Extension is presenting this class that will discuss basic garden practices. U.S. Bank Boise Flower and Garden Show – More than 150 outstanding booths and displays. The exhibits will showcase local nurseries, landscape architects and designers, garden stores, suppliers and manufacturers, decking and other industry related companies. Show attendees will be able to gather ideas for their own gardens, make purchases for their yards, and talk to experts!.
