Several hotels are offering special winter rates, and a few are throwing in gift cards as well:

“Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is offering a $50 gift card to guests who reserve and pay for their stays with an American Express card. The offer is valid at participating properties in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean for stays through Feb. 28.

Reservations must be at Hyatt.com using offer code HYCARD. Guests will earn one gift card per room per stay.

Breakfast is available at the hotel’s restaurant, with a limit of $20 per room per day. Guests will receive one mail-in voucher for a Home Depot gift card per room per stay.

“Wyndham is offering a Weekend 50/50 Package, giving travelers 50 percent off their choice of a second night or a second room. The offer is valid at participating Wyndham Hotels, Wyndham Garden Hotels and Wyndham Historic Hotels in the U.S. and Toronto for stays through Dec. 31.
