Summer food service program

The Spokesman-Review

The Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls School Districts are participating in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. The program run weekdays.

Coeur d’Alene

Atlas Elementary – 3000 W. Honeysuckle Ave., breakfast from 8:15-9:15 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Bryan Elementary – 802 Harrison Ave., breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Fernan Elementary – 520 N. 21st St., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Hayden Center – 9650 N. Government Way, no breakfast, lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Project CDA – 725 Hazel Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Woodland Middle School – 2102 Ste. Michele, breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Lunch menus for July 3-7

Monday-Tuesday – No meals.

Wednesday – Chicken nuggets, oven potato wedges, fruit and veggies.

Thursday – Chicken pot pie, Jell-O, fruit and veggies

Friday – Fruit salad waffle bowl, yogurt, fruit and veggies.

Post Falls

Ponderosa Elementary – 3483 E. Ponderosa Boulevard, breakfast from 8:15-9 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls Middle School – 301 E. 16th Ave., breakfast, 8-9 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls High School – 2832 E. Poleline Road, breakfast, 7:45-8:45 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

River City Middle School – 1505 N. Fir St., lunch 10:30-11:15 a.m.

Monday-Tuesday – No meals.

Wednesday – Hot dog, macaroni and cheese or sub sandwiches, fruit and veggies.

Thursday – Chicken sandwich or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies.

Friday – Taco or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies.
