Golf scramble and auction

On July 21, Teamsters Union Local 690 is hosting its first charity golf scramble and auction.

The scramble includes a $20,000 hole-in-one prize as well as men’s and women’s closest-to-pin and farthest-drive contests.

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Highlands Golf Course in Post Falls.

Proceeds will benefit COLT, a youth program that pairs at-risk youth with horses to care for and ride in return for a pledge from the youth to stay drug- and violence-free.
