Luxury condos planned for Peaceful Valley

A $6.8 million luxury condominium complex is planned for Peaceful Valley.

Baron Holding Co. LLC was recently issued a building permit by the city of Spokane to construct 10 condos at 1923 W. Clarke.

Chris Herath, an architect with Bernardo Wills Architects PC, the firm designing the building, said the units will be as large at 4,500 square feet each.

The building will be brick with a traditional appearance that blends with the neighborhood, he said. The design also features large, north-facing windows. Third-floor units likely will have views of the Spokane River.

The contractor for the project is Graham Construction and Management, Inc.

Herath declined to give many additional details on the project, deferring additional questions to representatives of Baron Holding Co., who didn’t return calls.

Herath wasn’t sure when the project would break ground, but said there are still some details to finalize.

“Some of the interior design elements are actually still being worked on,” he said.
