Reward offered for suspect

Secret Witness is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man wanted on suspicion of two counts of first-degree child rape and one count of second-degree rape.

Matthew W. Draper, 36, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes, said Spokane County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Dave Reagan. His last known address was in Spokane Valley.

The three felony charges against Draper carry a $150,000 bond, Reagan said.

Draper has been taunting his victims and their adult caregivers by driving by the house where they live, Reagan said.

Draper has two vehicles, a purple 1993 Suzuki Sidekick with a white soft top and an older gray Buick four-door with a white top.
