Prepared Childbirth – For expectant parents in the last trimester of pregnancy, this five-week class will discuss the stages and management of labor, breathing techniques, the role of the partner/support person and care after birth; Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m. through Aug. 22 at Sacred Heart Medical Center, 101 W.
