The expansion Spokane Shock maintained the No. 1 ranking in the final coaches poll.

The Shock collected 256 of a possible 264 points and 17 of 23 first place votes in securing the top spot for the fourth straight week.

Spokane improved its league-best record to 13-2 with a 69-68 home win Saturday night against in-state and division rival Everett.

The Florida Firecats (12-3, 248 points, 6 first place votes) are No. 2 followed by the Memphis Xplorers, Central Valley Coyotes and the Tulsa Talons.

Coaches are not allowed to vote for their own team and the poll results have no bearing on postseason qualification.

Spokane has clinched a first-round bye and home-field advantage for the playoffs leading up to the league championship game which will be played Aug. 26 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
