OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

David E. Gibbs – 21, Post Falls, aiding/abetting in an aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.

Mark R. Howell – 32, Athol, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Jessi L. Johnson – 22, Sandpoint, probation violation/burglary, $25,000 bond.

Michael S. Larison – 21, Smelterville, probation violation/burglary, $20,000 bond.

Chad E. Tipton – 20, Hauser Lake, possession of stolen property, $30,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Shawn C. Dubose – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, $5,500 bond.

Carl A. Green – 19, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to insure vehicle, $5,000 bond.

Jason A. Jasinski – 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, petty theft, possession of marijuana, driving while suspended, open container, $6,500 bond.

Jack T. Kale II – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, frequenting a place where drugs/alcohol used, $1,000 bond.

Bruce J. Larson – 43, Post Falls, failure to appear/domestic battery, 176 days in jail.
