OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Lesa K. Coontz – 40, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended (two counts), no insurance, $30,000 bond, 45 days in jail.

Rachael L. Henderson – 20, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, burglary, lottery violation, $20,000 bond.

Samuel G. Knop – 21, Athol, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Victor B. Mischenko – 62, Priest River, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, $25,000 bond.

Kara M. Walters – 21, Coeur d’Alene, fraudulent use of a bank card, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Lance C. Anderson – 27, Rathdrum, failure to appear/domestic battery, driving under the influence, $7,000 bond.

Kelly J. Cox – 43, Plummer, failure to appear/battery, 90 days in jail.

Raymond K. Dodge – 46, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Nathan D. Gomez –32, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $10,000 bond.

Richard A. Marcella Jr. – 33, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Ty D. Miller – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, resisting officers, eight days in jail.

Shawn K. Morgan – 61, Rathdrum, failure to appear/battery, $5,000 bond.

Daymond A. Nearpass – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), possession of suspended driver’s license (two counts), $2,000 bond.

Richard J. Olson – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/malicious injury to property, phone harassment, $10,000 bond.

Jon W. L. Schaffer – 22, Post Falls, failure to appear/assault, 31 days in jail.

Scott E. Stoll – 38, Hauser Lake, failure to appear/phone harassment, 14 days in jail.

Kimberly E. Vinck – 19, Post Falls, failure to appear/petty theft, unlawful entry, $20,000 bond.

Adam O. Vore – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana (two counts), possession of paraphernalia (two counts), possession of stolen property, domestic battery, violation of no-contact order (five counts), $80,000 bond.

Warren C. Williams Jr. – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, five days in jail.

Frank J. Worth – 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $5,000 bond.
