“Key Ingredients: America By Food” Exhibit - Smithsonian Institute traveling exhibition, “Key Ingredients: America by Food.” Through artifacts, photographs and illustrations, “Key Ingredients” examines how culture, ethnicity, landscape and tradition influence the foods and flavors of the everyday meals and celebrations of the American table. Hayden Library will also host programs ranging from fly fishing and Dutch oven cooking to cooking demonstrations.
