Italian Festival and Carnival – Join members of the Hillyard Senior Center for good, music and a grape stomp competition at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds Saturday. The cost is $8 and includes transportation and admission. Center pickup at 4001 N. Cook is at 9:30 a.m. with home pickups following. Call 482-0803.

New listings

BOF is back – The Brotherhood of Friends Lodge is open again for dancing. Music by Variety Pak Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30-10:30 p.m. The kitchen is under construction, so dinner will not be served. Call 624-5159 for reservations.

Bowling and breakfast – Head out for breakfast and bowling at Lilac Lanes Wednesday. The cost is $13, which includes transportation, breakfast and bowling. Pickup at the Hillyard Senior Center, 4001 N. Cook, is at 8:30 a.m. with home pickups following. Call 482-0803.

Movie Day – Come to the Hillyard Senior Center, 4001 N. Cook, for a showing of “Akeelah and the Bee” at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Admission is $1 and popcorn is free. Call 482-0803.

Gospel concert – Come to the East Central Senior Center, 500 S. Stone, for a free concert by Gerald Howard and Dallas Davis at 1 p.m. Thursday. Refreshments will be served. Call 625-6693 for reservations.
