Festival proceeds to benefit Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery

Residents are invited to a Harvest Festival Wednesday from 1 to 7 p.m. at 57th Avenue and Regal Street near the Albertsons. There will be prize drawings, business open houses and a barbecue. Donations will be accepted for the meal. Proceeds will benefit the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery.

• The Rockwood Neighborhood Council will meet at 7 p.m. today at St. John’s Cathedral, 127 E. 12th.

• The Community Assembly Administrative Committee meeting for all neighborhoods will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the City Hall sixth floor conference room, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

• The Community Assembly Land Use Committee meeting for all neighborhoods will begin at 5 p.m. next Thursday at in the City Hall fifth floor conference room, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

• The Manito/Cannon Hill Neighborhood Council will meet at 7 p.m. next Thursday at Wilson Elementary, 911 W. 25th Ave.
