NEW FACES Dr. Kimberly Richards has been hired by Spokane South Hill Family Dentistry as an associate of Dr. Robert Parker Jr. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Michigan Dental School.

National City Mortgage in Spokane has hired Courtney Carr as a loan officer.

Nikolai Terry has been hired as a controller by Harrison Dock Builders. He holds a degree in accounting from the University of Utah.

He was previously a senior accountant at Accenture BPO Services in Wichita, Kansas.

Jeannette Proctor has been hired as an advanced registered nurse practitioner at Women’s Health Connection, where she will work with Dr. Debra Ravasia. She has 22 years of experience in medicine and holds a master’s degree in nursing from Gonzaga University.

She previously worked for Valley Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Winston Brooks has been hired by Chimney Rock Mortgage Company as a loan professional.

He previously coached basketball at Gonzaga Prep and Eastern Washington University.

He is a graduate of Gonzaga University.

Acupuncturist Kimberly Shaddox has been hired by the Fourth Avenue Chiropractic Clinic. She is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She previously worked at Spinal and Sports Care Clinic.

Jessica Kotur has been hired as a retail buyer at Northwest Beauty.

PROMOTIONS Justin Shamion has been promoted to production manager by Colmac Industries in Colville. He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations and business management from Eastern Washington University.

Jeff Hughes has been promoted to customer service manager by Colmac Industries in Colville. He has been with the company since 1989 and is a graduate of the Phoenix Institute of Technology.

Robert Luby has been promoted to vice president at Sterling Savings Bank. He has been with the company for a year and a half.

KUDOS Gus Johnson Ford has been awarded a Ford Presidents Award for the second year in a row. The award recognizes Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships that excel in sales and service.

Susan Kirkeby has been elected 2007 Woman of the Year by the Spokane Falls Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association. She has worked at Morning Star Boys Ranch for 25 years.

Coleen Quisenberry was named the advertising professional of the year during the recent 2007 Addy Awards ceremony. She is the owner of Quisenberry Marketing and Design, which she founded in 1992.

Denny Christenson and Associates was recently awarded one of the top three national Fire Station Design Honor Awards for the design of Spokane Fire Station #4 in Browne’s Addition by the Fire Industry Equipment Research Organization.
