Pledges from walk will benefit MS

Make a difference today and join the Multiple Sclerosis Inland Northwest Chapter MS Walk.

Check-in will be from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. at Spokane Falls Community College, 3410 Fort George Wright Drive, in the Student Union Building. The walk will begin at 10 a.m.

No fee is required to participate in the walk and pledges will be accepted until May 19.

Breakfast benefits Edgecliff SCOPE

Today, enjoy all you can eat pancakes or French toast and help support Edgecliff SCOPE.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the VFW Post 1435, 212 S. David Road in Spokane Valley.

Tickets in advance are $4 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Tickets at the door are $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12.

SYSA hosts Monday bingo at casino

Beginning Monday, the Spokane Youth Sports Association will hold bingo games at Northern Quest Casino, 100 N. Hayford Road, in Airway Heights.

Games will begin at 6:30 p.m. each Monday; with sign-up beginning at 4:30 p.m. Games are available to players 18 and older. Proceeds will benefit SYSA.
