Girl Scout Program Center – Girls ages 5-17 are invited to use the arts and crafts room, computer lab and life skills center featuring a large kitchen, 1404 N. Ash St. A gymnasium, fitness room and rock climbing wall will also be available in mid-April. Open weekdays from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The cost is $5 per girl for 30 days unlimited use of the center after an initial $10 registration fee. After-school Club – A fun and safe place for middle and high school students with developmental disabilities. Open 2:30-6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at The Arc of Spokane Community Center, 116 W. Indiana. For more information, call 789-2247, ext. 123.

Jump Rope Academy – Instruction includes single rope and double Dutch, 2727 N. Madelia St., Suite 5; ages 2-adult. Monday-Saturday. Free introduction class.
