Today-April 19 – Pinwheel display in River Park Square; candlelight vigil.
April 16 – Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteers will hand out pinwheels in the atrium at River Park Square, noon-1 p.m., and ask the public to take action to prevent child abuse and neglect.
