The Kootenai County Commission is having its second town hall meeting tonight in Harrison.

The commissioners want to travel to every area of the county and give residents a chance to talk with the elected officials.

The first meeting was February in Spirit Lake.

There is no agenda for the 6 p.m. meeting at the Harrison Senior Center, 103 W. Pine.

For more information, call the Kootenai County Commission office at (208) 446-1600.

Group seeks pet foster parents

Potential foster parents will undergo a home inspection and initial training and will receive assistance from the society’s medical staff. Anyone interested should call Jackie Bell at (208) 818-4535.

Licensing offices will be closed

The Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls vehicle license offices are closed Thursday for staff training. Both offices will reopen Friday at 8 a.m.
