Feature creature: Bridget

Kim Lytle Correspondent The Spokesman-Review

When you first take this fun-loving girl out of her kennel, for a moment you might wonder what you got yourself into. Zero to 60 miles per hour in four seconds comes to mind, but once she burns a little energy in the play yard her behavior is very manageable.

Bridget has been at the shelter since January when she was brought in as a stray. She has a beautiful brindle coat, walks pretty well on the leash and loves to play.

She was temperament tested and found to be good with cats. She is very polite and playful with other dogs and would make a great companion for another polite, respectful canine friend.

Bridget would do best in an active home that would provide a constructive outlet for her enthusiasm for life.

Come and meet Bridget at the Humane Society of Spokane, 6607 N. Havana St.; telephone 467-5235. Adoption fees are $95 and include spay, vaccinations, microchip and vet check. The Humane Society is open seven days a week.
