The Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas was the setting for the July 9 wedding of Nicolle Laporte and Lee Gillie.

The bride is the daughter of Irene Laporte, Castlegar, B.C., and the late Darryl Laporte. The groom is the son of Mildred Gillie, Bellevue, Wash., and the late Donald Gillie.

A reception will be held at the Eagles Lodge Aerie 2 in Spokane on Oct. 13. The couple are living in Spokane.

The bride is an accountant and is working toward her certified general accountant designation. The groom, who graduated from the University of Montana, is a programmer/analyst at Online Data Processing Inc.
