Kootenai County sheriff
Donald Sizer, Spokane Valley, reported Monday the $418 theft of utility services when an unauthorized Avista account was opened using his personal info.
Norman Waldo, owner of Waldo Construction, reported Monday $9,920 damage to yard lamps, concrete and caterpillar windows of the Lost Creek Estates subdivision under construction on Winch Avenue near Rathdrum.
Douglas Mayo, owner of Little Tree Storage, reported Monday $600 damage to two doors and the $200 theft of a printer from the business at 250 W. Bentz Road near Rathdrum.
