Coeur d’Alene Tribal Storytelling and Songs - The Coeur d’Alene Tribal Fisheries program and University of Idaho Extension will present a special evening with traditional story tellers Mariane Nomee and Cliff SiJohn. Drum group Rose Creek will also be presenting a different form of story-telling, the forty-niner song. Forty-niners are a friendship-building, round dance style of song that bridge from the formal songs of the pow wow to the informal post-powwow gathering. 6-8 a.m., North Idaho College, Todd Hall, Molstead Library, Coeur d’Alene.
