Center Rico Ochoa will return to the Spokane Shock, but teammate Ed Ta’amu has moved up to the Arena Football League, the team announced.

Ochoa started 12 of the 13 games he played in for the Shock. Offensive line specialist Ed Ta’amu signed with the Kansas City Brigade of the AFL. Ta’amu joins former Spokane teammate Charles Frederick with the Brigade, who hired ex-Shock coach Chris Siegfried as offensive coordinator in September.

The Shock open the 2007 season March 31.
