The Liberty Lake police reports for July 3 through 9 included the following:

Crime took a holiday during the week of Independence Day, with Liberty Lake residents calling police for service just 11 times. One call involved alleged sexual misconduct with a minor. There were no arrests.

Police cited Jonathan James Jeffreys, 21, of Pullman, for alleged simple, nonaggravated assault on July 3 at 24501 E. Valleyway Ave.

Elroy R. Garcia Guiterrez, 22, of Bellevue, Wash., was cited July 4 for alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, at 1304 N. Liberty Lake Road.

Brian H. Bills, 37, of Liberty Lake, was cited July 4 for allegedly driving with an invalidated license near the intersection of Country Vista Drive and Legacy Ridge Drive.

Caitlyn Rae Vallance, 19, of Spokane Valley, was cited July 4 for alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, at 1304 N. Liberty Lake Road.

Ronald Joe Scoggin Jr, 48, of Coeur d’Alene, was cited for allegedly driving with an invalidated license July 3 near the intersection of Appleway Avenue and Rocky Hill Lane.
