Edbert E.L. Dittmar has been appointed to serve as Bishop of the Post Falls 4th Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Newly-appointed First Counselor is Timothy Valentine Short and Second Counselor is P. Clint Jones.

Bishop Dittmar has lived in the area for the past year and a half with his wife and six children and is self-employed at his research and development company, My Developments.

Short has lived in the area for 10 years with his wife and four children and is a project manager for RecCorp LLC, a commercial construction company.

Jones and his wife have four children and have lived in the area for the last three years. He is a podiatrist at his own practice called Instep Foot and Ankle.

The new executive secretary is Eric Haslip, ward clerk is Walter Winward and financial clerk is Jacob Cord.
