Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Trever R. Carr – 22, Spokane Valley, aggravated battery, $5,000 bond.

Amanda R. Dowell – 22, Reardan, Wash., probation violation/grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Patrick J. Everett – 26, Moscow, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Christopher L. Feasel – 35, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, $60,000 bond.

Jerome W. Rosenthal – 54, Spokane, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, assault, resisting officers, $52,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Matthew M. Boseth – 30, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), driving a vehicle without owner’s consent, $20,500 bond.

Kathleen C. Bryngelson – 22, Rathdrum, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Lindell A. Edmonds III – 22, Hayden, urinating in public, possession of a suspended driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Jason L. Farmer – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, open container, invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $2,000 bond, seven days in jail.

Shawn T. Marquette – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $1,000 bond.

Nester E. Ramirez – 37, Hayden, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Richard R. Reese – 55, Hayden, failure to appear/aiding in a misdemeanor, $1,000 bond.

Alissa M. Rice – 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000 bond.

Darren A. Smalley – 41, Rathdrum, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, $15,000 bond.

Colton J. Smith – 32, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, open container, $1,000 bond.

Jessica R. Swain – 18, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Lindsay M. Thomas – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $1,000 bond.

John J. Waco II – 20, Hayden, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, driving while suspended, $1,000 fine, 10 days in jail.

Cody J. Yates – 19, Hayden, failure to appear/frequenting a place where alcohol or drugs are used, etc., $1,000 bond.

Steven E. Zawistowski – 32, Coeur d’Alene, no insurance, failure to carry a driver’s license, $1,000 bond.
