Northern Idaho Advanced Care Fundraisers – Spaghetti dinner, 5-8 p.m. at the Advanced Care Hospital Bistro, 600 N. Cecil Ave. Saturday, yard sale, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. in the parking lot of the hospital. Proceeds go toward costs of a kidney transplant for local Steve Goins, a husband of a hospital employee. Hospital pharmacy employee Jennifer Spears is the kidney donor.
