Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount. Felonies

Joseph J. Dorn – 22, Hayden, eluding, misdemeanor probation violation/petty theft, telephone harassment, resisting officers, failure to appear/obstructing officers, $97,000 bond.

Martin J. Reyes – 25, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, open container, $30,000 bond.

Janie R. Runkle – 43, Post Falls, burglary, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Amber M. Shuler – 26, Spokane Valley, obtain a controlled substance by fraud, $20,000 bond.

Skiegh C. L. Ward – 21, Post Falls, burglary, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Edward A. Beebe – 30, Athol, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, petty theft, $4,500 bond.

Steven A. Brumbaugh – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $2,000 bond.

William J. Coatney III – 25, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Nicole A. Daugherty – 20, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/possession of paraphernalia, $20,000 bond.

Michelle L. Friedlander – 29, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/battery, malicious injury, $20,000 bond.

Dillon W. Henderson – 22, Post Falls, misdemeanor probation violation/domestic battery (two counts), obstructing, $17,000 bond.

Timothy M. Kersey – 25, Post Falls, misdemeanor probation violation/domestic battery (two counts), obstructing, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $17,000 bond.

Michael H. Lunsford – 34, St. Maries, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, no insurance, $2,000 bond.

Vernon D. Martin – 46, Post Falls, failure to appear/frequenting a place where alcohol or drugs are used, $1,000 bond.

Saul J. Martinez – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/unlawful entry, $5,000 bond.

Shannon M. Russell – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia (two counts), possession of marijuana, driving while suspended, $2,500 bond, two days in jail.

Michael D. Spurgeon – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Raymond L. Tarkenton – 60, Sagle, failure to appear/jury trial for petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Thomas B. Walt – 48, Athol, failure to appear/contempt hearing, $10,000 bond.

Stacey L. Westlake – 37, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.
