In brief: Saturdays, talk to a lawyer for free

The Spokesman-Review

The Center for Justice and the Spokane County Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Program are sponsoring “Street Law,” an opportunity to talk to a lawyer for free every Saturday this summer until Sept. 1.

Volunteer attorneys will be available for free consultations and legal advice. The attorneys can help with such concerns as family law and debt division.

There are no restrictions, and there is no question that is out of bounds.

Street Law will be held in Riverfront Park on the South Howard Street Bridge near the Carrousel from 1 to 4 p.m.

There will be no Street Law on June 30, which is Hoopfest weekend.
