For the week of June 18-22

Monday – Riblets, sweet potatoes, country-blend vegetables, rye bread, tapioca pudding with Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday – Beef stroganoff over ziti noodles, vegetables, spinach, breadstick, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, vegetables, sliced beets, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday – Turkey pasta salad, purple cabbage slaw, peaches, sourdough bread, brownie.

Friday – Hamburger on bun with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, vegetables, broccoli, plums, lemon bar.

Salad Menu – Available at Opportunity and Hillyard locations only, Tuesdays only. Egg, bacon and spinach salad, vegetables, breadstick, fruit cocktail.
