Spokane

“Fourth of July Neighbor Day – Riverfront Park: Sponsored by Clear Channel Radio. All-day activities for kids and adults, with food, vendors, arts and crafts, beer garden and live music. Kids can enjoy the Cow Milking contest and free inflatables in the KSPS Hometown Children’s area, along with an All-State Racing Zone with Radio controlled cars. Pop Warner Football will have a Punt, Pass and Kick area for kids. Music and program line-up in the Lilac Bowl: noon, Redwing (bluegrass fiddlers); 1 p.m., Dixie Dandies (Dixieland jazz); 2 p.m., Loose Cannon (classic rock/blues); 3 p.m., Jim Huntsman Band (country); 4 p.m., Eddie Ramirez (acoustic/pop/rock); 5 p.m., Java Kola (Jimi Hendrix tribute band); 6 p.m., Carcinogens (blues); 7 p.m., opening ceremonies and veteran’s presentation; 8:30 p.m., Nobody Famous (Jimmy Buffet tribute band); 10 p.m., fireworks sponsored by Tomlinson Black. “Best Seats in Town: The Spokane Convention Center has the best seats in town to view the Fourth of July Neighbor Days Fireworks display in Riverfront Park. Enjoy the view from their roof deck patio. Wednesday: 8 p.m., priority seating with dessert, coffee and one alcoholic or nonalcoholic drink; 9 p.m., general seating. No outside food or beverage allowed; tickets are nonrefundable/ nonexchangeable. Spokane Convention Center. $40/includes dessert with coffee and one alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage.

Liberty Lake

“Fourth of July Celebration – Features a community parade, food vendors, live jazz, blues and soul music and fireworks. Music starts at 6 p.m. with two New Orleans-based bands, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band and the Marcia Ball Band. Fireworks at dusk. Pavillion Park, Country Vista Drive at Molter Road. Free. Nine Mile Falls

“Lake Spokane Community Fourth of July Celebration: Show and shine car shows begin at 9 a.m., followed by vote on your favorite ride; vendors all day, activities include a pizza-eating contest, a karaoke contest and more. Local girl, Jenny Munday, will perform a sneak peak of the music on her up coming CD at 5 and 9 p.m., followed by fireworks. Lakeside Middle School, Nine Mile Falls. Free. (509) 464-3994.

“Fourth of July – Entertainment includes Pullman Community Band will perform at 5:30 p.m. and Ian Skavdahl will play 6:30, followed by The Kingpins from 7:15-10 p.m. Vendors throughout the park and a children’s area. Spirit Lake

Sandpoint

Coeur d’Alene

“Silverwood Theme Park/Boulder Beach Waterpark: Fireworks at dusk.
