Corbin Art Center Summer Classes – A variety of classes for all ages beginning Monday through July 8. Costs range from $14-78. Sponsored by the City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department. Pre-registration is required. Call 625-6200 to register.

Free USDA Approved Meals – For children 18 years of age and younger. Lunch will be served from 1-1:30 p.m. and snack will be served from 4:15-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday through Aug. 17 at the Boys and Girls Club of Spokane County, 544 E. The Hitting Zone Baseball Academy – One-day camps for ages 6-8, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. South Hill Camp, Friday at Hart Field, 3700 S. Grand Blvd.; North Side Camp, July 20 at Mt. Spokane High School, 6015 E. Girl Scout Program Center – Girls ages 5-17 are invited to use the arts and crafts room, computer lab and life skills center featuring a large kitchen, 1404 N. Ash St. A gymnasium, fitness room and rock climbing wall will also be available soon. Open weekdays from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The cost is $5 per girl for 30 days unlimited use of the center after an initial $10 registration fee.
