NEW FACES Mark Smith has been hired by United Health Services Credit Union as the vice president of lending. He was previously the president and CEO of the Pine Tree Community Credit Union in Grangeville, Idaho.

Amy Gregg has been hired as a physician assistant at the Rockwood Clinic neurology department. She holds a master’s in physician assistant studies from the University of Iowa. She previously worked as a physician assistant in Minneapolis.

Marjoni Marketing has hired Norm Cwiek as a graphic designer. He has over 20 years design experience.

Payne Financial Group has hired Aaron Thielman as a sales associate in the Select Business Division at the company’s Spokane office. He holds a degree from Washington State University and previously worked as an inside sales account executive at F5 Networks.

Scott Carter has been hired as a sales executive in the Commercial Insurance Division of Moloney O’Neill. He has 15 years experience in commercial insurance.

Dr. Jodi Bailey has been hired by Inland Imaging Associates as a radiologist. She holds a medical degree from Loma Linda University and did her residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She previously worked for Spokane Radiology Consultants.

Dr. Louise Harder has been hired by Spokane Respiratory Consultants in the practice of internal medicine. She holds a degree from the University of Alberta and completed her internship and residency at Internal Medicine Residency Spokane.

Dr. Robert Milligan has joined Drs. James Brasch and Kurt Fine in the practice of obstetrics and gynecology. He holds a degree from Georgetown University and completed his internship and residency at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Orthopaedic Specialty Clinic of Spokane has hired Paula Thompson as a physician assistant. She graduated from the University of Washington Medex Northwest Physician Assistant program.

PROMOTIONS Chuck Zeller has been promoted to president/CEO of United Health Services Credit Union. He has been with the credit union since 1992 and was previously the senior vice president.

Susan Mendenhall has been promoted to director of staffing at TechGroup Inc. Nationwide Healthcare Staffing. She heads the nursing and per diem divisions.

Amy Fritsch has been promoted to account executive at Hill and Knowlton’s Spokane office.

Heidi Libby has been promoted to assistant vice president at Sterling Savings Bank. She has been with the company since 1983.

Gabe Thompson has been promoted to junior partner at Marjoni Marketing. He has been with the company for two years.

Doug Nowell has been promoted to safety director at Lydig Construction.

ELECTED David Kroeger has been elected to the board of directors of the Bank of Fairfield. He is the executive vice president of Executive House Mortgage in Renton, Wash.
