For the week of May 7-11

Monday – Turkey a la king over wild rice, parslied cauliflower, green and yellow beans, wheat bread, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, fruited lime gelatin.

Wednesday – Chicken pot pie with vegetables over biscuit, French-blend vegetables, baked apple slices, carrot cake.

Thursday – Spaghetti with meatballs, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, French bread, spiced pears.

Friday – Riblets, roasted red potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, Hawaiian salad.
