Achievements: Area residents complete basic training

Four area residents recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.

Air Force Airman Seth Becker is the son of Kenna-Kae Elledge and William Becker, both of Spokane. Becker graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 2002.

Air Force Airman Sean Mealey graduated from Central Valley High School in 2006. He is the son of Mary Mealey of Spokane.

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Gordon Moore is the son of Ian and Sara Moore of Spokane and is a 2000 University High School graduate.

Air Force Airman Noi Moroni graduated from Medical Lake High School in 2006 and is the son of Rosemary Barnhart of Medical Lake.
