Dear Heloise: Can you stand one more idea for the use of address labels? My mom and her brother like to stay in touch by mail. However, both are in their 90s, and their handwriting has become a bit shaky and increasingly hard to read.

They sent each other some of their own address labels. Thus, when my uncle wants to write, he just sticks one of my mom’s address labels on the letter to my mom, puts some tape on to hold it in place, and he’s all set. Ditto for mom.
