Julie Neff exchanged wedding vows with David Burkhart in an Aug. 4 ceremony at the home of the groom’s parents, Jon and Connie Burkhart, Hope, Idaho.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Shirley Cuddy, Spokane.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Spokane Valley after a honeymoon on Vancouver Island, B.C.

The bride is a graduate of Western Washington University and is a project manager at Hollister-Stier Laboratories. The groom, a graduate of the University of Idaho, is a senior scientist at Hollister-Stier Laboratories.
