Heinzen-Signorelli

Angelique Signorelli and Frank Heinzen, both of Spokane, plan to marry May 24.

Philip and Janet Signorelli, Moses Lake, are parents of the bride-to-be. The groom-to-be is the son of Donald and Patricia Heinzen, Spokane.

Signorelli, a graduate of Gonzaga University, works at the Educational Service District 101 as a development manager. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Heinzen is a counselor at Sun Ray Court.

Betker-Garrett

Meghan Garrett and Phillip Betker, both of Spokane, plan to marry June 6.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tom and Cindy Garrett, Newport, Wash. Bruce and Elaine Betker, Fairview Heights, Ill., are the parents of the groom-to-be.

Garrett and Betker work at Numerica Credit Union.

Shankland-Ancel

Esther Ancel and Robert Shankland, both of Spokane Valley, plan to marry Aug. 30.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Raymond and Colleen Ancel, Spokane. The groom-to-be is the son of Sherwood and Eunice Shankland, Fairfax, Va.

Ancel works at Travelers Insurance as a customer service representative. Shankland is employed as a sales manager at Verizon Wireless.
