Two Rivers Casino Trip – Pickup is at 8:30 a.m. at the Hillyard Senior Center, 4001 N. Cook St. and home pickup is at 8. The cost is $12 and includes transportation, a discounted lunch, and $10 machine credit. To register, call 482-0803.

CORD Public Forum - A public forum concerning housing for people with disabilities will be from , 2-4 p.m. at the West Central Community Center, 1603 N. Belt. Pedicure Health Clinic – 15-minute appointments will be available from 9 a.m.-noon on Tuesday at the Sinto Senior Activity Center, 1124 W. Sinto Ave. The cost is $13 and appointments are required. Register by calling 327-2861.

Health Workshop – Health topics will include blood pressure and blood sugar assessments, stress management, colds and flu signs and symptoms. 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday at the East Central Community Center, 500 S. Stone St. Free. Register by calling 625-6693.

Institute for Extended Learning – Offers a wide variety of affordable classes throughout the Spokane area. Course offerings include computers, art, writer’s workshops, history, humanities, foreign language, fitness, and other general topics. Class costs range from $7-$59 for the quarter. Jacks and Jenny’s Dance Club – Meets the third Saturday of each month from August through May at the North Spokane Dance Center, 7424 N. Freya.
