Shiffer wins S-R contest

Annie Shiffer, of Spokane Valley, was the winner in our latest .TXT video challenge. The question was: What bird appeared in the “Lake Missoula in the Snow” video on YouTube?

Shiffer was the first to identify the Steller’s Jay. She gets a $5 coffee card.
